I'm Confuse

So Adult Swim finally started airing new episodes of Bleach. Here's why I'm confused, the last episode, before Adult Swim took a break, I remember Ichigo defeats Grimmjow and saves Orihime. And I also remember that Chad gains a new level of strength, but gets his ass kicked by a higher member of the Espada.

Then Adult Swim started airing new episodes of Bleach two weeks ago. And the latest episode acts like the previous episodes never happen. All of the characters are back in the world of the living, including Chad.

So am I missing something?  Please explain it to me.

Are you sure? I need to know from someone who's past the episode that Adult Swim is at.

@Kou_Leifoh: I believe you should be going into the Zanpaktou rebellion arc (Filler, although surprisingly good)

But I'm still confuse. What happens after Ichigo saves Orihime, and Chad being near death. The series doesn't show how they get away from all of that.

@Kou_Leifoh: It's basically a flashback it takes place before the fight with Ulquiorra and ichigo (or even the point that they got to hueco mundo)
