Naruto & Lelouch get Laid Off, Ichigo gets Promoted

Sharp-eyed readers at ANN reported in on the latest Adult Swim schedule-- which is conspicuously lacking in new episodes of both Naruto (long held up as a relatively mainstream anime, the one that can get away with things like theatrical movie releases and twelve manga volumes released in just a few months) and Code Geass.


The shows' new episodes are on hiatus until further notice, althrough reruns will air of both for the time being. Bleach, on the other hand, is getting a second new episode weekly. Iiiinteresting!

Maybe Geass is a Bandai issue? They might not have new episodes ready to air yet?

If Adult Swim was pulling the plug, I don't think they'd bother airing re-runs.

Cartoon Network made the move for Naruto - not Swim... I stated this on my other site some days ago...

Ugh...pisses me off about Geass. Tempted to hit up the fansubs just to finish the series >_>

Uhh.....yeah.....Naruto is right before Adult Swim. It was never part of the schedule. Though I still expect it may be off the air for now, has been for weeks.
