Mysterious attackers kidnap Rukia from Soul Society and erase the memories of Rukia from all the Soul Reapers. Only Ichigo can remember Rukia and he sets out to discover what happened.
Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow movie is the third film of the BLEACH series that is the creation of Tite Kubo. It's directed by Noriyuki Abe, and written by Masahiro Okubo and Natsuko Takahashi. Music was composed by Shiro Sagisu. The Studio Pierrot company produced the movie and distributed by TOHO. The full title BLEACH Fade to Black 君の名を呼ぶ (Burichi: Fade to Black - Kimi no Na o YobBurichi: Fade to Black - Kimi no Na o Yobu) translates to "BLEACH: Fade to Black, I Call Your Name".
The original Japanese release is scheduled for December 13, 2008. had a gross profit of ¥ ($6 Million). The English dub cast was produced by VIZ Media, and produced by ???. The ADR direction was done by ???. The title was shortened to Bleach: Fade to Black, and "The Movie" was added to posters and DVD covers.
A full-color graphic novel of the movie was produced by using select stills from the film.
The Japanese release of the DVD was in September 30, 2009. The English DVD and Blu-ray release was in November 15, 2011.

Upon reaching Seireitei, Ichigo is set upon and attacked by Shinigami, once allies, who have no memory of him or Rukia. Now alone and on the run, Ichigo must find the missing Rukia and uncover the cause of the mysterious incident before it's too late.
