Biyomon is one of the rookie level digimon that meet the DigiDestined in the Digital World. Biyomon is paired with Sora throughout the series and she is sort of the caring and hope that Sora misses a lot, while Sora teaches Biyomon about courage and how you sometimes need to be aggresive, so its a mutual relationship between the two and one of the strongest shown in the series.
