Bishop is a blind priest that houses an odd collection of refugees at his church, including Haine and Nill.
Also known as Ernest Rammsteiner. He is a Bishop from an old and forgotten church. He is blind, but his other senses are pretty high. For the moment, he allows Haine and Badou to hide themselves and their weaponry in his church from time to time. Nill also stays with him, and the bishop and Liza always dresses her with cute lolita's clothes, and he always says how she is so cute and pretty, even being blind.
Later on the manga you can see that he is strong and can have a real fight when he needs to. He took care of Haine since Haine escaped from the laboratory, and didn't seem to mind what happend on his past.
