Rave Master
The Jiggle Butt Gang appears twice in the anime and the manga.
Fairy Tail
They appeared once in a filler episode, 126 - The Truly Evil Jiggle Butt Gang. In this episode, they attempt to rob a train of its gold with Natsu and his group on guard duty. They use their triple gas ecstasy to blow away Lucy, Happy, and Charle. With Natsu incapacitated due to motion sickness, Wendy decides to help the bandits steal the gold and plays along with them. Impressed at Wendy's magic skills, Wonderful Goche and his teammates make Wendy their god.
