Reika Kitami is a school nurse who is possessed by a demon, and uses her powers to control the students. She has connections of the events from 12 years ago, and the 1st sacrifice who made a deal with the devil.

In the first series of Bible Black she was Taki's stalker girlfriend thanks to the power of the Black Book. In the second series she is a teacher at the school.
