Benn Beckman is a supporting character in the One Piece series that was created by Eiichiro Oda. The series first began serialization in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump on August 4, 1997.
His first appearance was in One Piece Volume 1 CH. 1 "Romance Dawn".
The character of Ben Beckman has had various voice actors. Two for the Japanese version. The original voice actor for the character, Kazuyuki Sogabe, only did the character for Episode 4. The character was voiced in the future episodes by Aruno Tahara. The English VA for the FUNimation version is Sean Hennigan.
