"This is the story of a devilishly handsome, intelligent, kind and caring young man, who found a young child and raised it as a good person should..."
Actually, it's not. This is the story of Oga Tatsumi, a 15 year-old with the face of a thug, who finds a child that turns out to be the son of the King of Demons. It seems that Oga has been chosen to raise the child to become the Anti-Christ... unless he can find someone stronger and more evil than him to pass the child onto. Now, alongside a cast of wonderfully wacky characters, Oga must find a replacement parent... or raise the Antichrist himself!

Currently, 10 tankobon volumes have been released.

Oga Tatsumi
The 15 year old with the face of a thug, chosen to raise Baby Beel. Oga is fierce and angry most of the time, and often resorts to violence. Needless to say, he's not very smart, but he has a good heart underneath his pride.

Kaiser de Emperana Beelzebub IV
The baby that Oga must raise. Baby Beel, as he is more affectionately known, is a good-natured child who is quite attached to Oga. However, if separated from Oga, he lacks much physical strength of his own, and often begins to cry, which shocks those people near to him.

The caretaker and nursemaid of Baby Beel. She is under the employ of the Demon King himself, and was tasked with finding Baby Beel an appropriate parent. Needless to say, she is not pleased with his choice, but serves the baby with a smile on her face. Still, she is fearsome in battle, and should not be crossed.

A demon with the power to transport people to and from various locations by using his own body as a storage unit. Alaindelon is quite large and manly looking, but acts quite feminine, in sharp contrast with his appearance.

Oga's best friend, and a hopeless skirt-chaser. Furuichi reacts with surprise in anger at the revelation that his friend is raising the son of the Demon King, but assists him whenever trouble comes calling... if he's not running in fear.
