Battle Armor

Referred to as Saiyan Armor by the Earthlings before the Namek Saga, Battle Armor is made from a powerful fiber, durable, yet also extremely stretchy, able to expand to fit a Saiyan even when transformed into an Oozaru. The armor was originally created by the Arcosians and given to the Saiyans along with other technology in exchange for planets conquered by the Saiyans.

After studying Vegeta's armor during the Cell Saga of Dragon Ball Z, Bulma creates her own variation, matching the properties of the original as closely as possible. She makes armor for most of the Z Fighters, which Goku, Gohan, Vegeta and Future Trunks wear during their training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
