Baba Uranai or Fortuneteller Baba is a witch who first appears in the sixty- ninth episode on the Dragon Ball series.
Origin
Baba is a old witch who had been a fortune- teller for over 500 years. She is Master Roshi's older sister and they constantly bicker with with each other. Baba has the ability to see into the future using her Crystal Ball and is very happy to tell anyone what their future holds for them but charges them a payment of 10,000,000 Z up front. Baba is a very rude towards a lot of people and she tends to underestimate people who fight her warriors.

Dragon Ball
Baba made her first camo appearance in the forth episode of the Commander Red Saga of which she helps Goku get past Korin Tower by coming forth to him in a vision to help him get through the tower safely. She makes her full appearance in the sixty- ninth episode of Dragon Ball in the Who is Fortuneteller Baba? saga. She is called upon by her brother Roshi to help Goku and the others get a Dragon Ball so that Goku can bring Bora back from the dead.
