Plot

The human race was once the dominant species on the planet... before the Titans emerged. Giant humanoid creatures, their only goal is seemingly to devour humans on sight, but they don't take in nourishment from food. Regurgitating the corpses when they are full, Titans appear to crave humans simply out of urge or instinct. After being pushed to the brink of extinction, humanity enjoyed 100 years of peace safely protected within enormous walls until one day, a Colossal Titan appears and breaches the wall in the Shiganshina District.

FUNimation has announced the dub cast by revealing 1 batch and the other batch. Also, for lucky fans, Anime Boston is doing an early special premiere of the English dub. It's held at Hynes Convention Center and the Sheraton Boston Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts on March 21-23.

Plot

When the man-eating giants called Titans first appeared, humans retreated behind massive walls. After a hundred years of safety, a colossal-sized Titan smashes through the defenses, unleashing a flood of giants and carnage in the streets. Eren Jaeger watches helplessly as one of the creatures devours his mother.

He vows to kill every Titan walking the earth. Eren and his surviving friends enlist to fight against the insatiable monsters. The future looks bleak, but there's more to Eren than meets the eye: he may be humanity's last hope against extinction.

Hi everyone, I'm Takashichea. For those who are new to the community, I'm a wiki editor who works on two important projects such as the Spring Anime 2013 Trailers Archive Blog and past seasons back to Spring 2012 and the Quick Picks with my teammates, Acura Max and BigHeart711.

Also, I help set up discussion threads with Daniel Newton in the #Anime Vice Discussion Threads forum after Daniel has combined the wiki projects and anime projects into one simple thread for the community.

All the past anime wiki projects that I work on had their anime series ended in March 2013. These include Fairy Tail, Pet Girl of Sakurasou, Robotics;Notes, and Magi - The Labyrinth of Magic. I did finish Magi's episode summaries while both Acura Max and I finish Robotics;Notes episode summaries. I have to put these projects on hold to make room for the Spring 2013 anime series, and I have selected five from this season.

If you are interested in these projects, feel free to jump in and notify me. I welcome any help. If you are new to wiki editing, I can teach you. It's pretty easy.

1. Attack on Titan

Alias: Shingeki no Kyojjin

Teammates: None

Attack on Titan is the story of Eren and Mikasa, the foster brothers that live within the wall of the fortified cities. Walls which are the last defense against the Titans, a gigantic species that almost decimated the human race, 100 years ago.

2. Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet

Alias: Suisei no Galgantia

Teammates: Acura Max

In the distant future, a planet covered almost entirely by oceans, known as Earth, grows in space. Ledo, a boy who has known nothing but fighting all his life, saw the sea there for the first time. On its vast, faintly green waters, men organize huge naval fleets and live modest but active lives. Due to language and cultural barriers, Ledo lives as a lonely foreigner... but he's not alone. Ledo is just beginning his days on this green planet, asking what he must do to survive here, and what he is living for.

3. The Devil is a Part-Timer!

Alias: Hataraku Mao-sama!

Teammates: Daniel Newton, DocHaus,

Plot: Devil King Sadao is only one away from conquering the world when he is beaten by Hero Emilia and forced to drift to the other world: modern-day Tokyo. As "conquering the world" are the only skills the Devil King possesses - and are obviously unnecessary in his new situation - he must work as a freeter to pay for his living expenses.

4. The Severing Crime Edge

Alias: Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge

Teammates: None

Plot: Haimura Kiri is a seemingly ordinary boy with one slight problem: he is obsessed with cutting other people's hair. One day he meets Mushiyanokouji Iwai, the "Hair Queen" who cannot cut her hair because of an inherited curse. Kiri finds out that his scissor, "Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge" is the only thing that can cut them. But little did he know that their meeting sparked the start of an old murder game to kill the "Hair Queen" using the cursed killing tools, the "Killing Goods." Can Kiri protect Iwai from the Killing Goods Owners? Let the game begin!

5. Valvrave the Liberator

Teammates: Acura Max

Valvrave the Liberator is set in a future where 70 percent of humanity lives in space after the development of Space Capitals. The two major powers in this era are the Dorsia Military Federation formed by military alliances and the Atlantic Ring United States (ARUS) formed through various trade agreements. Between these two superpowers is Diol - a small neutral country which has prospered greatly in these times. This story is about a high school student in Diol named Haruto Tokishima, who encounters the mysterious humanoid weapon Valvrave during an invasion by Dorsia troops.

Thank you.
