How many of you guys are familiar with the Pullip dolls? They're a strange sort of ball-jointed doll, sort of a soulless Dollfie meets Bratz hybrid.
 
Most of the Pullips are originals, but WalYou.com offers up shots of an Asuka Langley Pullip that is, true to form, pretty creepy. WalYou's coverage on the doll seems a little odd (it reads as though it's talking about the Rei Ayanami version of the doll, saying that she comes with a sling and Lance of Longinus-- see left). Still, it's kinda neat...if you're into that sort of look. And have $119.99 lying around to buy it with. ( Via AICN Anime.)

Looks like one of those BRATZ dolls, or as I call them, "Whore Barbies". I called them that, because I was told the baby models had thongs.

I wonder if she and Rei would watch you as you're sleeping. The Spear Of Longinus is not a good thing to include either.

@gia: It's so sad how true it is. I was looking for a gift for my cousin's daughter and I was talking with a  woman I saw in the doll section. She told me that one of those small BRATZ that are like baby versions of the taller models called BRATZ Babyz. had a tiny thong on. Her grand daughter had been given one. Those things almost make Barbie look like a positive role model for girls.
 
It sort of made me think of that show they are always making fun of on The Soup, Toddlers and Tiaras.

It looks like SD [super deform] some Anime's  use the style during comical scenes. There is actual a Gundam series aimed for kids that is in SD it aired on Toonami back in the day ^_^
