The Father of Interga Hellsing and the master of Alucard and walter before his death
Arthur Hellsing, his age is unknown but is believed he died in his late 40’s Arthur was trained and educated at Balliol College, Oxford and during this time was shadowed by Walter C. Dornez a younger student who was an operative of Hellsing. His main duty was to protect the two Hellsing brothers from attack. Arthur was a straight-to-the-point and slightly insane young man, he was never scared to speak his mind even too the rest of the round table, he would grow into one of the greatest leaders in the Hellsing history, building an empire with weapons and backbone.
Father of Integra and brother to Richard, he is a direct descendant of Abraham Van Hellsing. Arthur is directly responsible for sending Alucard and Walter C. Dornez to Warsaw during World War 2. Arthur is both a brave and strong man after the events in Warsaw he believed that Alucard was not the cure for this world, but merely a weapon to be used now and again, so he imprisoned the monster in the basement and worked along with the Round Table members to ensure Britain's safety. Knowing how dangerous Alucard was Arthur set about covering up any knowledge of the vampire's existence, Only the round table and Walter would know of the power that lay below the Hellsing Manor. This knowledge was even kept from his power hungry sibling.
Many years later Arthur while dying his loyal butler Walter was away on a mission. As Arthur passed away he gave the power of Hellsing not to his brother Richard but to his 12 year old daughter Integral Hellsing. As he died he told Integral of a great weapon hidden beneath the manor. Two weeks after his death his brother tired to kill Integra who escaped only to free Alucard from imprisonment and a new era in the Hellsing history began.
