Creation

Arita's character design in the anime series is credited to Katsunori Shibata. He makes his first appearance in the Sengoku Collection episode Brutal Maiden where he is voiced by Ryouhei Nakao.

Brutal Maiden

After assisting Kambara in taking over Ambassador Doggett's embassy and turning it into a casino, Arita works security and is placed in charge of relieving Hisahide Matsunaga out of her funds when she reveals her intentions to bankrupt the casino.
