Based off the often overlooked game Ar Tonelico: Melody of Emnia, This anime adaptation actually uses some anime cutscenes used in the game for a strange effect. Now for this review i'm going to write this review using only the context given in the anime

The sory follows Lyner, a sword warrior who is sent to an unspecified location in hopes of finding an unnamed item to help him defeat virus. but before he can make it a mile away from the dock a pissed off dragon shoots him down. Luckily for our hero, a Revyateil, women with the power to cast magic by singing, just so happens to find him uncounses in his ship. Aurica, a Revyateil with no ability decides to heal his wounds and help him find a macnic to repair his ship so he can continue on his adventure. Did that seem full of holes to you? Well join the club. The only way to truly understand what's going on in the anime is to play the game.
For the most part it's stander, But for some of the scenes in the anime, they took scenes from the actual game (most likely to distract fans of the game from how terrible the anime is) all this douse is make the animation they used for the rest of it look cheap, and remind me that there is a fun game i could be playing.
In conclusion
Like FFU, this is an anime being sold for the name alone, not quality thus like Ar Tonelico 2, i could never recommend this steaming pile of anime feces
