Sister and nemesis of Nina Williams.
Anna makes her appearance in this movie during Nina's attempt to assassinate Kazuya and fails when Jun throws a necklace. She enters and disrupts the fight by announcing that Nina has failed enough and fires her rocket launcher at the 3 who dodge by fleeing out a window. Anna aims to peruse but decides against it when curious onlookers start to analyze the disruption.
Anna and Nina, despite being sisters, have been fighting for quite sometime. When Anna confesses that Lee has preferred her over Nina, Nina lets out a cry when she sees Alex lurking behind Anna. Assuming it was an outburst of envy, Anna disregards Nina's call, leading to her demise.
