Welcome everyone! It's hard to believe that 3 years has passed.
Yes, I have crappy banner skills because I tried cramming every anime show I worked on in this community for the past 3 years.
Since I was too busy with the Fall 2013 Guide and preparing discussion threads and school, I don't have anything written down. I'll make this short.
I never thought I would commit so much to this community all this time. It all started when I found this site after surfing Google for Fairy Tail. Soon enough, I got addicted to wiki, and I was drawn towards the editors on Fairy Tail. If it wasn't for Anime Vice, I wouldn't have tried and experienced a lot of different anime and manga series. In 2012, BigHeart711 and I started the trailer project when the staff was disappearing one by one. In that year, I started branching out of Anime Vice and explored the sister sites: Giant Bomb, Comic Vine, and Screened. I even went into the Animanga Wikia sites to learn how they operate. Hoping I pick up stuff that would help Anime Vice. All these years, I worked the wiki pages and other projects to promote the community, make it better than ever. Folks come and go. I never forget them.
Since I know a lot of folks and named them in the first anniversary blog, I'm going to make this list short
- My Little Sister - She got me into anime. If I didn't get into anime, I wouldn't be here in Anime Vice. Plus, I watch a lot of anime shows with my siblings.
- Annabanana - She was a great friend and one of the best wiki editors. We worked on Fairy Tail and lots of projects way back in 2010.
- KuroNekoXIII - He was an awesome guy who cheered me up. I had fun working on Guilty Crown and Sket Dance with him.
- BigHeart711 - Friendliest guy I met. Oh, he makes way better banners than me. We worked on Quick Picks and the new anime trailers.
- Daniel Newton - Whenever I run into trouble, I ask Daniel a lot. He was always thinking out of the box. He revolutionized the discussion and wiki in the community.
- FoxxFireArt - I do the wiki report for Foxx. He does the community spotlight that promotes the hard work that people put in their blogs, reviews, and wiki.
- Acura Max - A cool dude and a mod from Screened who got me into Star Trek and sci-fi anime genre. He is one dedicated guy who helps out doing the trailers for both Screened and Anime Vice. Plus, we finish the Gargantia, Robotics;Notes, and Valvrave Season 1 anime project together.
List of Accomplishments
Since I'm rushing this, I will miss some stuff.
- I finished a lot of anime projects, mainly episode summaries. I'll put a chunk of what I did from 2012 to 2013 on the bottom of the blog since I never did a 2nd anniversary blog. I recorded them in this summary list.
With BigHeart711 and Acura Max's help, we did 7 seasons worth of anime trailers.
- Became an Admin for Sket Dance and Btooom Wikia.
- Met Tom Pinchuk at Anime Expo 2013. It was my first con.
- Started the cultural interviews. See An Entire World of Anime Fans! -- THE VICE PIT article. It was an awesome project to do. I got a chance to hear folks' stories about their anime experiences in their homelands.
- Became a mod for Anime Vice on Sept. 12, 2013.
Thank you for reading. I hope you guys and gals will help improve the community by participating in the discussions and contributing to the wiki. If you need help, I'll be there.
Past Wiki Projects (2012-2013)
|1. Fairy Tail|
October of 2010 to May 2011 (now) The first anime I tackled when I joined Animevice. It was interesting because I watch Fairy Tail and was looking for more info. This is why I found and Animevice. I made friends with Annabanana, Obscurefan, and Obsidian609. I'm lucky to be a part of this Animevice team. Currently doing on the weekends but most of my work is on episode summaries and captioning images. See recognition blog and my statue quo. The roles I did was image hunting (helping Annabanana, Obscurefan by finding images) and captioning images. I helped fill in some of the episodes and work on minor characters such as Vulcan. <br> OVA: Spring of 2011 (Can't remember exact date) - Anna and I finished the 1st episode. For the 2nd episode, we got references but not the plot summary. The 3rd episode needs work.
I remember Anna working on it during Spring 2011, and it was because of her that I watched it and loved it. I was busy and couldn't help her while I was working on Shaman King (alone) and working with her on Fairy Tail. I made a bold decision to help her when she was absent for three weeks (July 17-Aug 12). Eventually, ShadowKnight508 appear and help us. Anna, ShadowKnight508, and I form a team for this franchise during Late August 2011.

|Attack on Titan|
Started in April 14, 2013, I'm still working on episode summaries. I did do character pages such as Mikasa and a few dead characters. I can only add bits of info. There are other editors working on other pages. Dekken and Toxin45 do some linking for characters/episodes while Olgaphone did an excellent job on Reiner's page.
I finished all episode summaries on Sept. 29, 2013
