So episode 2 introduced the Yamai twins and Ellen who I can't wait to see fight the girls, although it was funny that those three girls kept surrounding her and she became helpless because she as a hard time dealing with teenage girls lmao.
Kaguya and Yuzuru tried to seduce Shido, but they really suck at it.
I a a little glad they didn't show Isaac in this episode, while he did help Origami, the dude is a A-class douche.
this episode made me realize just how young Tamae looks even compared to her students lmao, still wondering why the hell is she still single. 29 years old and looks like she is 16 or 17.
looking forward to the next episode.
The sisters are both willing to sacrifice their live for the other, I love that about them, however Shido isn't the kind of person who can just make that decision, without looking for a way to keep them both alive.
They are very childish and stubborn, but the fact that they are willing to die for each other makes them good characters.
now there is going to be an all out battle and this may push Shido to the point where he will use Tohka's sword and Kotori's abilities.
this episode was pretty funny and very good
3&4 were pretty good.
They finely got into gear an it captures some of the feeling of the 1st series with added layers of the plot progress. Show tho now is taking a few more steps closer to ecchi then taking a few steps back. Bit heavy over all this season on fan service than last.
Now that is what I call a great episode. We get introduced to Miku the man-hating Yuri girl, who crontrols space-quakes like Kurumi. also glad Yoshino didn't get particularly sidelined this episode lmao.
Miku controls girls with the sound-waves she emits from her mouth, which is pretty hax and her speed is no laughing matter either. Shido coldn't even talk to her as the moment she saw him, she turned into a literal ice princess hating.
So Shido had to go undercover, disguised as a girl. (lmao) Miku pissed Shido off and it would have been funny if he summoned Tohka's sword.
So basically after telling Miku that he hatedd her, she challenges him to a singing contest and if he wins she will allow him to seal her powers.
Miku's character Reminds me of Tsukiumi from Sekirei in that both started off fearful of men, although while Tsukiumi was just shy about sex, Miku has another reason to be fearful.
anyway I am looking forward to the next episode.
Animation was on point and I liked that little montage they put during Shido and Miku's little quote on quote date and it was hilarious when he had to dress like a girl just to get close to her.
this gets a 4.5/5.
I did not like the MC xdressing thats for sure. Other than that alright episode I guess, I think I prefer s1 thus far based on which spirits it focused on. Id also be curious to seee this seasons budget compared to last as I feel (even putting episode one aside) the animation is not quite as crisp in places as last season, but I may just be remembering wrong.
@hitsusatsu11: Yeah 6 kinda shows the difference even more. The 1sat season was crisp with a nice amount of animation even in the backgrounds. This season has a lot of paned still shots. An the illustration style is just bit off. So one has to wonder different people doing the animation? Cause what should have been a eye caching fight in the sky looked rather uninspired.
Hope the arch with the idol is over soon so the cross dressing goes poof.
Yuri spirit is interesting concept but ive had enough of trap shido. Harem MCs are usually notoriously beta but this takes the cake lol.
Other than that glad to see shido's real sister and clock-tan (if only briefly) and I hope the spirits and shido come to origamis aid next episode.
