Sickly SWA Cyborg. Has the most trouble with her battles, but despite that, she's very cool.
The victim of an attempted hit-and-run accident on her life, Angelica's father tried to stage her accident to collect the money on a life insurance plan he had put his daughter on. She winds up being the first girl to become a cyborg for the Social Welfare Agency with Marco as her handler. With the SWA in its infancy and lacking combat missions, Marco and Angelica were connecting in the Agency's early days thanks to a fairy tale that Marco thought up so Angelica could adjust to her surroundings and surgeries easier. At first, the girl never received any brainwashing as she retained memories of her family, pet dog and accident during her early days with Marco. But when the SWA started to take part in combat missions, Angelica's memories of her past life were wiped out as she started to be trained for combat. However, she was also the first cyborg to undergo the health problems faced by the conditioning process as she experienced memory loss and found herself bedridden on a number of occasions. Because of this, Marco began to alienate Angelica as she was no longer the same girl he first met. This neglect and the conditioning gives Angelica a strong desire to receive Marco's acceptance.
