A character that has had one or more of his/her limbs completely severed.
Overview
The occasional amputee character makes an appearance in anime and manga, such as Kuukaku Shiba from Bleach or Ryo Asuka and Miki Makimura from Violence Jack. However, it is more commonly found in hentai, where the arms and/or legs of submissive female characters are, willingly or not, removed for the purpose of making them sex slaves.
