Messier Code UB-001, Amber is the founder of the Evening Primrose and a contractor with the ability to manipulate time.
Amber is a contractor formerly in the employ of MI6 ,where she worked under the name of “February”, and the Syndicate ,where she got the name “Amber”. During the heavens gate war ,where she was in a team with Hei and his sister Pai, Amber founded her own organization “Evening Primrose”. She and Pai went missing when Heaven's Gate disappeared. She reappeared 5 years later with a stronger Evening Primrose to prevent the destruction of Hell’s Gate. Ultimately she wishes to do what was done to Heaven’s Gate to Hell’s Gate preventing anyone from approaching it.
Amber has shown the ability to stop time for everyone except her and anyone she chooses. She also has the ability to reverse time for everyone except herself. She may also have the ability to see into the future or if not then perhaps repeatedly travels back in time with her knowledge of future events to prevent them from happening. After every use of her powers she must pay the price of aging backwards.

Amber is a nice person and an exceptional leader. She has inspired the complete loyalty of everyone in Evening Primrose. Amber herself seems to be free of the need for logic that most contractors have. She had a relationship ,and continues to have strong feeling for, Hei. Even going so far as to risk compromising her mission and sacrificing herself for him,even though he believes her a traitor.
