Keitaro Urashima dreams of entering Tokyo University, so he tries and fails to get in. His parents force him to get a job, so he gets a job at an all-girls dormitory, the Hinata-sou. Unfortunately, he gets treated badly due to many misunderstandings, but he does become the dorm manager.
