Roa is a member of the gang led by the Homunculus Greed. He's a human chimera combined with a cow.

Scar is an Ishvalan warrior monk who is out for revenge on the State Alchemists for the slaughters in the Ishvalan Civil War. His tattooed right arm destroys all it touches.

Sloth is the fastest of the homunculus created by Father. Simpleminded and incredibly strong.
