Tim Marcoh was once an alchemy scientists for the Amestris State Military creating Philosopher's Stone, but left to hiding after the Ishvalan Civil War.

Van Hohenheim is the father of Edward and Alphonse Elric. He grew up as a slave, educated in alchemy, and was used to create a Philosopher's Stone which made him immortal.

Wrath is a homunculus that was created by the failed human transmutation of Izumi Curtis' child. Izumi seeing that what came back is not her child, she gave him to the gate only to regret it greatly. Wrath manage to free himself after along time.
