Lupin and gang sneak aboard a gambling ship off the coast of California, ostensibly to steal the money inside. However, his real objective is finding the location of a sunken ship filled with gold bars. Unfortunately, an organization of mobsters is also after the treasure, and Zenigata and the San Fransisco police aren't far behind. As they get closer, a huge secret waits for them underneath the old Alcatraz prison.
