Akira is the youngest member of the dragonuats. She is quite a bit of a tomboy and worships Machina as the epitome of beauty and womanlyness. She appears to develop feelings for Jin. But they are never developed upon. Although Akira convieniently 'forgetting' that Jin was there and walking out naked wasn't very subtle.
