Akane Fujisaki

Origin

Ryosuke, Akane, and Haru

Akane is the foster mother of Bossun. She lives together with Bossun and Rumi. She was a close friend of Bossun's biological parents, Haru and Ryōsuke. She kept the truth about them from Bossun until he figured things out on his 15th birthday.

Creation

Akane was created by Kenta Shinohara. She also made her appearance on the Manga. She was later appeared on the Anime and voiced by Akeno Watanabe.

Evolution

To Bossun - Episode 47

Appearance

She has brunette hair with a noticeable beauty mark on the right corner of her mouth. According to Bossun's classmates during the festival (see ep. 48), they remark how beautiful Akane and Rumi are. The only difference between Akane's past and future self is that she used to have shorter hair than her future self.

Personality

Akane is revealed to be cautious as she warns Ryosuke to be careful risking his life to save others. There are scenes that suggests she loves money such as her disappointment when Ryosuke declined Mamoru's reward and the time when the nerd begs for the doll. In the present, Switch remarks that Akane is like Bossun when she fondles Hime and asks her how she keeps her skin silky smooth.
