Anna walks towards the hospital. Yoh, Amidamaru, and Manta are sharing a conversation when Anna barges in calling Yoh a slacker. Next, Yoh tells Manta and Amidamaru this is a childhood friend and Anna tells them she is Yoh's Fiancee. Anna wants to give Yoh her special training for the Shaman King fight.
Meanwhile Jun Tao tells Ren she'll help her brother get rid of Yoh. Jun Tao has three corpse puppets in coffins. While Yoh trains, Manta follows him and talks to him. Anna tells Yoh to cook dinner and not to slack on her training and as Anna walk from the house, she notice Jun's corpse puppets in a black van. Yoh and Manta follow Anna's ghosts to a river when Jun Tao's puppet's attack. With Anna's training Yoh has done, Yoh easily finishes the puppets. The episode ends with Anna giving Yoh more weights and more chores.
