A Safflower Stands Out in Any Garden

Main Story

Rebecca hasn't learned the names of her students yet so she resorts to gives them pet names that are less than flattering. This upsets them, sends Kurumi into a deep depression and causes Rei to bully her.

Later in the day, the students of 1-C alert Becky that Kurumi has gone to sulk in the rabbit hut because she was called plain. Becky tries to cheer her up and comes close, but at the last minute she forgets her name, depressing her even more. Kurumi eventually returns to class but she is still upset about being plain and boring. Becky lets her assign the groups for a camping trip and this cheers her up and returns her to normal.

• Misao's pets run wild in Class D and Behoime accidentally breaks the aquarium for a fish, killing it.
• Akane dresses up as a robot from NASA and infiltrates Class 1-C to challenge Becky to a duel. Only Himeko falls for this disguise.
• Ichijou tries to help Kurumi by dressing up Mesousa as Kurumi and calling him Kurumi 2.
