There is a meeting with all Jonin to address Hayate's murder, and the possibility of an attack on the village. Sakura and Ino got to the hospital to pay a visit to Sasuke and Lee. We get to see a brief glimpse into the training of some of the genin. Sakura discover Sasuke has left the hospital. Lee refuses to give up and starts training, after being told he could no longer be a ninja. Sasuke follows Kakashi to the top of a cliff to begin his training. Naruto tries to summon a toad all day, but is only able to summon a tadpole.
