Synopsis

A Divine Revelation is Given at the Summer Solstice Festival - "Geshi-sai ni Shintaku wa Kudasareru" (夏至祭に神託はくだされる)

Victorique further attempts to clear her mother's name while in the Village of the Wolves by re-investigating the former leader's death.

Full Plot Summary

Opening Theme

"Destine Histoire" by yoshiki☆lisa

As the castle locks its gates, Sergius explains that they are self sufficient for 400 years and that the festival begins tomorrow and ends at nightfall. Suddenly, Sergius shoots and tells them that he is shooting wolves.

A maid (Harminia) stares at Victorique and realizes that she looks like Cordelia and talks about her curse on the village. Sergius tells Harmania to be quiet. The old man explains about the incident when Cordelia is 15 years old and the exact time. In the study, the old man hears Cordelia screaming and finds Elder Theodore stabbed with a dagger. There are several gold pieces scattered on the floor. On that night, after Cordelia recovers from her fever, the old man banish her.

After being exiled, Cordelia is given a gold coin and sheds tears. Outside, Kujo chases after Victorique. Ambrose, assistant of the elder, examines Kujo who has different hair color than the rest. Ambrose asks Victorique if he can touch Kujo some more, and Victorique asks him to take her to where Cordelia's house is.

In the house, Victorique finds a hidden door by hearing a hollow sound. They find a photo of Cordelia and her baby (Victorique). Victorique thinks that someone put this photo here for some reason since Cordelia has been exiled. At the grave, she digs through Elder Theodore, and they find an engraving: "I am innocent.. C.." Victorique cries and states that Cordelia wrote this and that she is innocent.

Suddenly, wolves with glowing, green eyes, in the fog, chased Victorique and Kujo. They find shelter into a building, and up the stairs, they find Mildred (the nun), who is fully reveal herself, and the others. They learn that they have telephone and electricity despite the village being self sufficient. Victorique says something about Brian Roscoe coming to the village 10 years ago, and she wonders about his purpose. The photo and Brian Roscoe's arrival match the years. The maid brings hot water for bath water, and Victorique enjoys her bath.

A blackout occurs, and Kujo drops the cup. As Victorique comes out, she notices the eyeball and suspects that someone is trying to scare her.

The following day, Ambrose explains about the winter army and their traditions. The village reenact scenes of the summer army defeating the general of the winter army. The maid gets angry when the tourist upsets her. Mildred explains that the guys drop an ornamental vase into a jug of holy water. (last night at a church) The reason is that they were drunk. Victorique puts her pipe in her mouth.

Kujo gives Victorique, pretzels, and the ladies in red dresses throw acorns-like things at Kujo and a blonde man. Next, the army reenactment of the summer army's war with winter war. As they burn the carts, they find Alan who dies afterwards from his burns. The elder man tells them that the festival will be continued. When Kujo asks Victorique, she suddenly disappeared. As he goes through the crowd, Victorique's words flood his mind. Kujo arrives at a church which Ambrose explains that this place can tell one's future. He explains that this place can show one's harvest in the old times. Ambrose takes Kujo to the man who answers questions. Kujo asks him that he is looking for Victorique which the old man tells him that girl is not like him. Then Kujo asks him if he and Victorique will be together forever.

Sergius tells him about a wind separating the two of them, but their hearts are never apart. Victorique appears from the church and cries because she will never get taller. In the study place, Victorique gets pat by the maid. She explains how elder Theodore is murdered and that the heights of Cordelia is not enough to kill Theodore that way. Victorique sees ravens and reconstruct the chaos. She tells Kujo she knows the culprit but cannot prove it.

Suddenly, the wolves' howls are heard, and Sergius and the others hunt for the wolves. In the forest, the old man mistakenly shoots a man which is the tourist group from earlier.
