10. Crossing

"Kōsaten" (交差点)

Yuji, the Trinity, and Dantalion are continuing their journey. In the other place, Shana is still testing her power. She gets confronted by a Lord that looks like a camel — Uvall, the Chaotic Beat of Burdening Drums. They fight each other. Uvall use his Unrestricted Spell, Bit, that can create and multiply himself. Shana doesn't have any difficulty on killing all the replicates, but she has to end it. She recalls the very basics of using flame haze power. She remembers what Alastor had told her, a flame haze's power derives from the image of the contractor's holds. Thus, to avoid unnecessary preconceptions, the Flame-Haired Burning-Eyed Hunter is not given any specific fighting style, which means the Flame-Haired Burning-Eyed Hunter is her very self. With that conclusion, Shana makes a huge fire with eye form (look at the picture on the right), and she calls it Judgment. With Judgment, she kills the Uvall, a Lord, only by a spell.

Sophie, Francois, Samuel, and Centerhill are inside a plane. They're working together with humans, planning on attacking Seirei-den.

Rebecca Reed is fighting with a Lord that looks like a lion. The Lord use his spell, Fanfare. After several attacks, Rebecca gets injured. Suddenly, the humans' army arrive, and the Lord's attraction get attracted. Seeing the advantage on the battle, Rebecca attacks and — with a short "Good Bye" — she kills the Lord.

With her flame haired and blazing eyes, Shana went out of Seirei-den, and she meets Wilhelmina, Khamsin and Rebecca. Wilhelmina looks surprised, but she ignores her. Shana then say, "Let's go", and she looks at the sky, and calls "Yuji!"
